Causes of bloating and how to get rid of it

Bloating refers to a situation where on experiences uncontrollable pain and discomfort in the abdominal region sometimes followed with some gas. It is simply another way that your body tells you that there is enough buildup of air in the stomach that needs to be released. This condition has been rampant in the recent years and can be attributed to the type of food that we eat. Causes Bloating is an indication that an individual is eating too much of a certain type of food he or she is allergic to. In can also mean that something serious is going to happen.   It is always considered wise to consult a medical practitioner first before you start any diagnosis or treatment procedure. There are certain types of food that are known to cause bloating more than others. For instance, any individual who is intolerant to lactose and you don’t even know it then if you continue to drink milk, eat eggs or consume other dairy products then it might result to severe bloating.
